Welcome to the Sustainable Ag Management Tool. Using this tool you will be able to track your product usage, manage your workers, record your production, and pick products that minimize the impact on your workers and the environment.

To get started you and your workers must create accounts on this system. This can be done either by using the signup page on this web site or from the companion mobile applications available for both Android and Apple devices.

As the farm manager there are some additional things you need to do:

  1. Create a farm
  2. Assign workers to the farm - this autorizes the workers to see and perform work tasks assigned to them.
  3. Create blocks - these identify areas where specific crops are grown.

Once you have performed those items you will be ready to start using some of the other features of the system. These include:

  • Creating work tasks - These are work items to be performed by your workers. Right now these are limited to mixing products and spraying those products. In the future we intend to expand this to more general work items.
  • Viewing uploaded pictures - The mobile application allows users to take pictures of things that should be brought to the attention of the farm manager.
  • Adding new products - While this application includes quite a few products commonly used, there are always new products coming on the market. If we have not included a product you commonly use you are able to add it to the system so that you can immedietly start including in your spray plans. We will then research that product and fill in all the needed additional information the system needs to be able to calculate a relative impact number for that product.

To help walk you thru the items you need to complete to start using the system we have created a series of tutorial videos. Each of these videos are only 1 to 3 minutes long and focus on one specific item.

You can create as many farms as you need.

For users to be able to see and accept work items their accounts must be added to your farm.

Blocks are used to define where a specific crop is growing. Create one block where each variety of crop is being grown.

Tasks are work items you want your workers to perform.

Can't find a product you are using? You can add it your self.

If a worker finds something that they feel the manager needs to see, they can take a picture of it and upload it to the system. Use the Pictures item to view these pictures.
