This Statement of Privacy applies to Sustainable Agricultural Management (SAM) web site, Sustainable Agriculture Application (SAA) web site, and the PMPWorker mobile application and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Sustainable Agricultural Management include, SAM and The SAA application is an agricultural worker task management application. Workers in the course of completing tasked assigned to them by their manager will have be able to be identified as having completed the task. In addition, in completing a task related to applying a pesticide the worker's location is tracked to record exactly where that pesticide was applied. Information concerning who applied the pesticide is part of the USDA restricted use pesticide recordkeeping requirements. This information becomes property of the farm the worker is associated with.

Farm Data Deletion

Farm Managers may request deletion of all information associated with any farms they have created in our application on receipt of a verifiable request from you and all other managers associated with the farm. Requesting deletion of a manager account does not automatically delete any farm data associated with that manager account. Deletion of the farm data must be made separately from the request to delete a user account.

Children Under Thirteen

SAM does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, SAM may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

Changes to this Statement

SAM reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address associated with your account.
